Pandiman's Crew Claims Division handlers all work involved with seafarers. Each handlers is assigned a carefully thought-out list of specific local manning agencies, which the company assists with seafarer's claims.

The Division's Liaison Officer is responsible for meeting repatriates upon arrival in the Philippines and escorting them, when necessary, to accredited medical facilities.

Individual handlers accompany P&I counsel to different locations throughout the Philippine archipelago, when necessary.
