Juliet joined Pandiman in 1996, starting as a Claims Handler and working her way up to Head of the Legal Division. She also briefly worked in marketing and now serves as a company/respondent representative at mediation conferences and hearings in government, NGOs, and judicial forums of the manning industry.

Marina joined Pandiman in 1997 after 6 years with Albar Shipping. She graduated from St. Louis College with a Junior Secretarial Science degree. Over the years, she progressed from Claims Handler to Joint Manager of the PI Division. In 2017, she spent time at various Club offices in the UK, gaining insight into claims handling and a clearer understanding of the responsibilities of P&I correspondents.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of the City of Manila. Before joining Pandiman in 2007, she worked as a Micro Analyst at Hizon's Laboratories. Now, she serves as one of the Operations Managers of the People Claims Division and has experience handling P&I claims related to total loss and sinking. She has also attended numerous conferences in the Philippines and abroad to enhance her knowledge of P&I.

Abby is an Operations Manager for the People Claims Division at Pandiman Philippines, Inc. She joined the company in 2008 after earning a Bachelor's degree in Science and Business Administration with a major in Management from the University of the City of Manila. Before her promotion to manager, she spent 10 years as a Pandiman Claims Executive handling P&I cases, including total loss claims due to fire, sinking, and grounding.

Dyan joined Pandiman in 2007. She graduated from University of the City of Manila with a degree in BS Biology, eventually obtaining a second degree in Business Management and a Master in Business Administration while working at Pandiman. Dyan is currently the Deputy CFO in charge of HR, Billing & Collection of Pandiman and Treasurer of Aquila Resources Holding Inc. in the Pandiman Group of Companies.

Ranya has been with Pandiman since 2008, having previously worked at Teekay Travel. She graduated from Saint Joseph College with a degree in BS Accounting and holds a Civil Service Eligibility for both Sub Professional and Professional levels. Ranya is the Finance Manager and Treasurer of Pandiman.

Arnie has been with Pandiman since 2019 and has a diverse background in the shipping industry, starting as a boarding agent and progressing to various managerial roles, including Operations Supervisor and Chartering Manager. His experience includes handling vessel operations, ship brokering, and overseeing multiple ports across the Philippines. Arnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines.

Robert has been with Pandiman/ARHI for over 12 years, joining on 18th August 2010. In 2020, he was promoted to Marine Claims Assistant Manager. Prior to this, he spent almost 9 years at Prudentialife Plans, Inc. Robert holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP).

Maricel has been with Pandiman for 13 years, joining in 2010 having previously worked as Accounting Assistant in various industries including real estate, manufacturing, and restaurants. She graduated from Technological Institute of the Philippines with a BS in Accountancy. Maricel is the Treasurer of Survey Specialists, Inc and the Accounting Manager of Pandiman.

JM has been with Pandiman since 2015, having previously worked at a courier company. She graduated from Immaculate Heart of Mary College - Parañaque with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Before her promotion to manager, she spent her years in the Communications Team and gradually progressed to the Technical Team.
